How to setup Commercial hierarchy in jde

Dear members, I need to setup Sales commercial Hierarchy in standard JDE.

 

For ex: Vice President Sales has 4 General Managers

Each of the 4 General Managers have 4 Sales Managers

and each of the 4 Sales Managers have 4 Area Sales Managers

and Each of the ASM has 12 sales executives

all these Personnel have to be connected bottom to top or top to bottom

andassigned to customers and the volumes have to be derived at each of the
personnel level

How do I achive this setup
