EM13c: Patch Recommendations Report

If you traverse to the Patches & Updates page in EM, and look at the Patch Recommendations tab, it will provide you a grid of all of the targets which Oracle recommends should be patched. We have a large site, 1400 hosts, so our grid is very long. The grid which is generated has limited controls to analyze the data, and with our volume is unworkable. It does not have the QbE controls, like the Manage Cloud Control, Agents page, and we can't seem to cut/paste it to excel.

Does anyone have the SQL necessary to generate this grid which I could run either as an Information Publisher report or externally, so that I could further analyze the data?
