P41202 Available Calculation

Question: I have a part 123ABC with 2 different locations 1A-Primary and 1B-Secondary.  Location 1B does have a lot status code of 'H' to indicate any inventory in this location is on hold.  I create a Credit Order for this part using the Credit Memo functionality, and during order entry I override the location to 1B which in turn hard commits the inventory.  In F41021, HCOM does get populated with a negative qty.  I do have my Availability configured to subtract HCOM, so P41202 displays the Available amount as 1.  Whats confusing is the location still has a Lot Status
