trying to click EAM SSM page asset tab, user getting an error

in Enterprise Asset Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

HI,

please help on this issue.

when user trying to click on Asset tab in any EAM SSM page responsibility, getting ' CONTACT SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR'  please note that issue is happening only to one user and we also logged SR but couldn't able to find the issue.

Please below action plans we did in User system

1. We did clear cache in all your instances

2. Had OWC session with SR development

But they didn't able to find the cause even after turning off the customization

3. Issue is not reproducible except in your system

4. Requested to perform same transaction using different responsibility which didn’t work
