System date is getting defaults in the start date and the start is also non editable.

Hi Team,

  when we are  generating the Forecasts for Preventive maintenance, we are getting the start date as system date and also it is non editable to simulate,Run and Implement.

Please give us the suggestions to overcome it. Had attached the screen shot of it.
