We recently upgraded to version 12.2.7 of Oracle EBS.  Prior to that we were on 12.2.6.  We have a select statement that looks for a concurrent request output file in the FND_LOBS table.  It has been working fine until around the time of our upgrade.  The select statement is now unable to find the concurrent request output file because instead of the file name being o14479165.out (as it used to be) it is now showing the path as the initial part of the file name, e.g., /u01/app/oracle/prd/fs_ne/inst/PRD_lcvunx44/logs/appl/conc/out/o14479165.out.
