P4021 and P41202 commitment not matching

Hi,

Commitment field in P41202 should equal to demand column in supply/demand P4021? MRP is not used.

My commitment value in P41202 is 14676.809 (Work Order hard committed) but when i check in supply and demand (P4021) my demand is only 424.366. Supply and on-hand is matching. Why such discrepancy?
