Does anyone have step by step instructions for setting up Change Data Capture in GoldenGate for Orac

I am familiar with the basic Golden Gate setup, but I don't know how to go about setting up Change Data Capture. I would like to be able to produce change tables for changes (all DML- insert, update, delete) that were made to the source database (Oracle) during the last 2-weeks.
