How to run EPM System Configurator in console mode with full SSL

Hi Gurus

I have been assigned the task to configure EPM products with full SSL, I am following some guides where it is mentioned that I must run the EPM System Configurator and enable some parameters as seen on the next images.

However the system I support is installed in Linux, so there is not a graphical version of the EPS System Configurator, I think I could configure it in silent mode with configtool.sh, but I haven't found what parameters in the xml should I modify in order to enable the SSL options mentioned in the images.

Besides I would like to ask if I run configtool.sh, Is there a risk that I could impact the present configuration? And in that case how could I prevent that?
