AR_TRX_SUMMARY - OP_BAL_HIGH_WATERMARK for Account vs Bill To

We have a requirement to identify the high AR balance at the Account and Site levels. In the AR_TRX_SUMMARY table, the OP_BAL_HIGH_WATERMARK column shows the high balance. If I need to get the high balance for a specific bill to site, that seems very straightforward. Just get the OP_BAL_HIGH_WATERMARK for that site_use_id. However, if I need to get the amount for an Account, then there are multiple site_use_id records and different OP_BAL_HIGH_WATERMARK dates and amounts.
