Oracle EBS Upgrade Global Descriptive Flexfields

Hello.

We are reinstalling Oracle EBS 11i to EBS 12.2.

The Global Descriptive Flexfield of AP and AR have been modified in this last version (specifically Spanish GDF, like JG_RA_CUSTOMER_TRX or JG_AP_INVOICES). Is there any document or process that indicates how to "migrate" these descriptives? Any solution to "migrate" these data? Any idea?
