heterogenious connection give error in update/insert query, ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from MYSQLR

Dear all,

Kindly advise on below error when try to update mysql record from oracle database through dg4odbc connection.

"ORA-28500: connection from ORACLE to a non-Oracle system returned this message:

[MySQL][ODBC 8.0(a) Driver][mysqld-5.7.24-0ubuntu0.16.04.1-log]UPDATE command denied to user 'united'@'mail.united.co.ke' for table 'tbl_united_records' {HY000,NativeErr = 1142}

ORA-02063: preceding 2 lines from MYSQLREMOTE"
