FSTP Debrief Material Return to Dynamic Locator Controlled subinventory

Hello

I have set up a Dynamic Locator controlled Technician Subinventory which is marked as Defective in Spares Management. I want to Return a non-installed base defective customer item into it. However the debrief is only offering me existing Locators in the debrief line and I cannot create a new locator in the form. Is this intended functionality? We want to label the return with an SRnumber.Tasknumber locator for tracking.
