Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Conditionally hide a row/record in RTF template

Hi,

I am trying to hide a row/record based of condition in RTF template but unable to get the desired output on RTF.

There are multiple records in a grid where I like to hide a row based on criterion of 2 XML tags.

I have uploaded the document with screen shot and highlighted row plus rtf template if any one can help.

The RTF template is the template of global payslip.
