phase 2 2018 year-end 29050000:R12.PAY.B Errors

in Payroll and OTL - EBS (MOSC) Question

After applying phase 2 2018 year-end 29050000:R12.PAY.B.  We having a major issue for the payroll run.

If we run the payroll with debugging on, works fine but still no output and when debugging log show it was processed and CM shows no error. If debug is off, then we get CM errors and no output or logs.

Has anyone had any issue with this patch?
