REST services in EBS 12.2.7 for querying and LOV?

Hi, I am using EBS 12.2.7 (VISION instance) for REST web services. However, all the public APIs in the Integration Repository for generating REST services appear to be for data updates only - not queries or LOVs. I appreciate that Fusion Cloud has full CRUD capabilities for business objects but this doesn't seem to be the case for EBS 12.2.

I would prefer to leverage existing functionality than create and expose a series of public APIs for querying suppliers, customers, invoices and associated LOVs, etc. Am I missing something here?
