Missing address information for supplier type employee

Hi All,

We have an issue with a supplier with type employee,  the address Book page has no data retrieved. we upgraded from 11i To 12  and this supplier created on 11i.

After checking employee details in HR people and maintain screen no issue found. tried to run the Employee Update program but there is no data transferred.

now there are no address details showed in the payment screen. and there is no information displayed on the address book page.

How could we fix this issue?
