Remove PM activities from PM program

Hi all,

We want to remove few PM activities from PM programs through 'Preventive Maintenance Setup responsibility --> Fleet Maintenance --> Overview', but we are getting error as 'You cannot delete any maintenance requirement, if status is not ‘Draft’ or ‘Approval Rejected’' and 'You cannot terminate any maintenance requirement, if any active contract exists for that.'.

All activities (which we want to delete/terminate) are already in active contracts, but as un-selected in 'Activity Schedule'.

Is there any method/process to terminate these activities?
