Data Dictionary change

Hello,

One of our client is using JDE E1 9.2 with Zero Decimals UORG, SOQS, SOBK,PQOH, TRQT etc fields of various Modules such as Sales, Purchase, manufacturing.

Now they want to change it from Zero decimals to 3 Decimals units. I want to know the Step by Step process needs to follow to proceed.

Also i want to know what will be the impact, if we change the Data Dictionary Display Decimals from Zero to 3. If Oracle recommend to change the DD?
