Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. E1:Add Subscription but nothing

Hi Expert,

I have created a simply notification (personal).

I then add to my subscriptions ,

Clicked Save

But each time I went back to My Subscription ,I have to add it again ,where to check for My subscription location?

Also when test it always got an error
