How to Setup RPAS Cloud Integration Between Multiple RPAS Applications or Other Retail Applications

To integrate multiple RPAS Cloud applications, Cloud Engineering must setup the sftp keys between the servers that host the different applications. As well, there are configuration files necessary to tell RPAS which direction(s) the integration is going, e.g. MFPEECS to A&IPEECS, as an example. Or possibly, that the customer requires bi-directional integration between MFPEECS and A&IPEECS.

Thus, the SI or Customer must log an SR to specify which integration needs to be setup and the direction of the integration. Thus, for instance when logging the SR, please specify, as an example, that integration needs to be setup from MFPEECS to A&IPEECS. Or, as another example, we need integration setup to send exports from RDFCS to A&IPEECS.
