Office 2016 and Windows 10. Report Manger Excel Reports not Opening.

We have Office 2016 and Windows 2010 but Report Manager Excel reports not opening. SR action plan has not resolved anything all suggested patches applied. When we run it on Windows 7 it works. Client systems are all configured on 2010.

Any body has faced this issue and found resolution!
