Journal import and journal lines sorting

Hi,

We are using gl_interface table to import journals from external entries

Once journal are imported journal lines are generated with different sorting order, can we control journal entry lines sorting. We need journal entries lines to be based on invoice number that we include while inserting into gl_interface table
