ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [PITL6]

Hi ,

after applying Oct BP 2018 on exadata , we are getting below error : this is in specific database group not all 12c database.

we have 12.1.0.2 both grid and Database. I have created Oracle SR already and they suggests to run compilations routines in upgrade mode. ( catproc , utlrp etc.).

also went thru document about bug and reorg table as solution, but here I am not able to find object ids as 4th argument.

ORA-00700: soft internal error, arguments: [kdt_bseg_srch_cbk PITL5], [12], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

any help in this regards is appreciated.
