Siebel compgrp is not visible though enabled during configuration

Hi Team,

We have a fresh installation of Siebel IP15 with 18 Patchset. While configuring siebel server 5 to 6 compgroup is enabled but after starting siebel server only Auxiliary System Management and System Management is visible however other component grp like Communications,Workflow,Assignment Manager etc is not visible though no error while Siebel Server configuration.

Tried to bounce the Enterprise multiple times but still facing same issue.

Note:DB is copied from other running environment with same Version IP15.

Please help for the same as stucked due to this issue.
