How to change the year in the P04515

I am trying to get 2018 to be represented in the box at the top of the P04515 Write 1099 Media program.

It still shows 2017 for the 1099 year. 

We have loaded and installed and verified the application install.

There are no processing options dealing with this value, and I have found no Q&A discussions about this field, nor any help documents on it.

We only use the 1099 MISC form.

I show only the 1099-MISC - 2018 - Pre-printed template, blank one per page sheet template and Two per page template in the BIPublisher Object Repository.

In the Update Report Definitions - I see the 2017 template inactive, and the 2018 active, but there is also other templates active - TP045152TRB1, and TP045152TRB2, and TP045152TRP1.
