Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

What is the best way to approach the following requirement?

Create a batch job that extracts service requests based on a specified parameter and close those service requests.

Can you specify how Siebel can trigger this and if this should be a workflow or bat file?
