Asset Mgmt permission issue. Missing folders Approve Fin/Phy Information.

Hello All,

Currently we are user testing our QNA environment which was updated as part of our get current to Image 29.  User is unable to navigate to Approve Financial/Physical Information as no folders show.  This is not the case in our production(pre get current) environment.  Research has determined that because of get current changes the folders are now check "Hide from portal navigation".  See attachment for details.  Note.  The user can access these folders via the AM work center but they request the need to access via the folder navigation.  What is the reason this was hidden?   What are the ramifications
