Need urgent help in Order Creation Failed: The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the wa

Hello Gurus

I am receiving an Error while placing a Order in Oracle.

I am using a Quote to Order process where the Quote is created in SFDC and the Place Order API creates Order in Oracle.

I am receiving an Error as "

Order Creation Failed: The item specified is invalid or does not exist in the warehouse you specified. Please enter a valid item-warehouse combination.

Item Validation Resulted in error(s)."

I checked the Item in Item Master and the warehouse as well as the item assigned to it is ACTIVE

Please need advise what could be the cause
