LOV Mappings Not working properly

I've two rows of a table layout. In which one LOV Autopopulate some other columns of respective row.

Problem----------------------------

when i select a LOV value of  first row it populate the respective columns of that row.

but afterwards when i select LOV value of second row it wiped the data of first row and vice versa

after entering 30 to second row it wiped out first row's data (possitional asset , Establishment Desc, Asset Desc, Lock Out Device)
