Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. We need to apply a workflow to release credit hold by amount.

Example

User 1 and User 2 USD1000

User 3 and User 4 USS 10000

user 5 and User 6 USD 50000

User 7 USD 999999999
