Xstore 16.0.4 + electronic invoice hotfix

Hello, we're having some issues with xstore version 16.0.4 + electronic invoice hotfix. Basically we were expecting an xml to be produced and uploaded onto the target sftp server configured in xcenter.properties.

We do get all of the data through replication queues, what we're missing is the final step of converting the encrypted payload into readable xml format and uploading it onto the sftp server.
