Generate Timecard Journals

I have a user that got caught in between processing by the payroll lockout does clear out the table that “Generate Timecard Journals” pulls from. I picked up where we left off Tuesday and re-ran the Inbound Batch Time Entry Processor for the two records and then went to generate the Timecard Journals but it only pulled the 8 hours that I had processed today. Seems like the 606.15 hours I processed Tuesday are gone?  It looks like when Payroll processed it cleared all the Maintenance Labor WO hours, is there a way to get this back?
