OTM bulk plan issue

Hi,

   The version of OTM we run is 6.4.1. The problem is that we get bulk plan issue wherein bulk plan takes a lot of time to execute and after running for a long time we get error of 'the object is held by....'. In the application server we have found a property which is,

             glog.objectLock.ownerTimeout.duration=2 H

Want to know about the above property, can it impact the bulk plan performance and what is the ideal value to which it should be set to.
