401K Catch up is not calculating

Hello,

we have done a reconfiguration of the 40K DBAs and I am testing it but the 401K catch up does not seem to be working and I am not sure what I am doing wrong in my configuration.

This is my new configuration:

401K

 

401 K Roth

401K Catch up

401K Roth Catch Up

The employee DBA instruction setup:

Payroll
