supplemental child life/AD&D based on rate * per 5000 coverage

Hello!

We are running E1 9.2.2.2 - I am looking for some guidance on which table method to use to calculate life and AD&D coverage based on a flat rate per 5000 of coverage with a max coverage of 125k.  Currently using AA which of course does not take into account the 5k levels.  Payroll is bi-weekly.  Here is an example: 50,000 coverage/5,000 tier = 10 * .099 (biweekly rate per 5000) = .99.  Do I need to set up each 5k tier in the P08320 for the plan rate for each tier or is there a table method that will
