Newly provisioned 18.3 X4-2 needs BIOS & ILOM update

Now that our X4-2 has had the 18.3 BM ISO applied and provisioned with 18.3 GI, how does one update the BIOS & ILOM server components?   The only upgrade patch that I found (28864520) is for the OAK stack, not ODA/DCS.
