Oracle DBF files space reclaiming

Dear Sir / Madam

Greetings and happy holidays

we have oracle database standard edition 12c (12.2.0.1.0)

JD Edwards is installed on it

the production table space of the production environment  has

6 database files linked to it

lately they ran out of disk space as seen in the enterprise manager express GUI

so i have created a 7th DBF

a week or more after i did the creation and while i was revising the DBF files i notice that DBF no 6 has 30 GB of free space suddenly

yesterday i performed a system restart

and today while i was checking the database files i noticed that DBF2 AND DBF3 are having each 30 GB of free space
