Unable to approve standard BIP(OVR) reports in JDE 9.2 for PY , it gives an error export failed or N

Hi,

We are using JDE 9.2 We have install the BIP(OVR) Server. we could able to approve BIP(OVR) standard reports using p98220U application for DV , once approve it shows status 08 in DV shared.

But the case is here, we are unable to approve for PY status show at 07 in PY pending for promote. when I try to approve the status in PY. it gives me export failed and Network or database connectivity failed.

I have checked soft coding also proper , not sure how we can promote BIP report for PY and PD.Please advise and if you have any document please provide it.
