Is there a report to inquire the unissued materials of parts list

Users complete many work orders in P31123 every day.

Some materials are not issued in some work orders

They want to inquire the materials that have not been issued in batches.

We could inquire it in P3111,P31113 and P3121. But those are not a batch query method.

There maybe some lines in parts list for the same material.

But only the material of first line was issued in p31123. Issue quantity is the extended quantity of those line.

Is there a standard report to inquire the unissued materials of parts list ?
