No items found in the product field of quote Lines

I am using quoting manager responsibility to create quotes. when i go to quotes Lines in the Product field i cannot find any items(list of values contains no entries). When i query previously created record it has some items.

Anybody know why or how to create/enable quotes with my items. Is there profile i need to enable? or some other settings.

Please help.
