R4981- Flex accounting not working for DMAAI 4920 and 4921

Hi ,

R4981- Flex accounting not working for DMAAI 4920 and 4921.  Even though P16902 is setup for FA and SM (Functionalities) and Flex for 4920 and 4921 is defined in P40296.

Has anyone faced similar issue.
