transaction updates to F0911, Units shows minus in inventory, correctly but Amounts become Negative.

JDE Enterprise One 9.1.4 , When Material issued to Work Order , Cardex gets updated correctly as Qty minus. But some times (not always) when the transaction updates to F0911, Units shows minus in inventory, correctly but Amounts become Negative. What can be the reason.
