EAM org creation

Dear Srini and Arun,

Please note my Client have more than 15 Production location under Process Manufacturing ,currently we are implementing oracle 12.2.4 for them

Each location have different product  out put and few plants having similar product out put ,Currently they are all separate entity now client wants to have all under one single entity

while implementing EAM as per the current availability one EAM org can serve as an Maintenance org for all production org

But what would  be the perfect set up for this scenario

1.Creating one EAM org and assigning to all production organisation

2.Or create separate maintenance org for each of production organisation
