Question about R96700 and ESU install

Hi community,

I'm trying to apply an ESU and the only report being executed is the R96701 (Software Update History Report). No other UBEs are being executed. I thought that at least the R9670 (spec merge) should be executed,

I asking this because the ESU installation showed no error, but no spec merge is being processed and the bug that should be fixed by the ESU continues to show up.

I'm using the P96470 app to install the ESU.

TR 9.1.0.4

App release: E910

Please advice,
