Carrier routing

Hello,

our customer requires trunk/trunk-group/carrier hierarchy routing.

I plan to come up with: trunk = session-agent and group: SAG, but I don't know how to deal with carrier. There's a carrier parameter in local-policy, but it is not documented anywhere.

Does anybody know what is it good for and how to use it?
