Hi,

We had test results entered for a lot where all of the tests passed.  A new sample was added to the lot but only one of the tests had a value entered.  The rest were left blank.  When the COA printed it used the new sample as the results to display.  As a result, the COA was "wrong" because of missing values.

Normally if it's the first sample and we are missing test results the program does not print.  Why would it print when the second sample is missing results?

We are on tools and apps 9.1.
