Standard Monthly Hours/Month = 240

We have changed the Monthly hours to 240. Employees are salaried and Payroll is Autopay :

Std Hrs/Year = 2880
Std Hrs/Day = 8
Std Days/Year = 360

But facing below issues, if we run payroll :

1) Scenario 1 : Payroll run for 31 MAY 2018 :
Employee is on Annual leave from 1st May to 31st May .
System pays employee for 248 hours leave salary and deduct 1 day full salary(i.e basic + one of the allowance set up. SO employee gets less salary)

2) Scenario 2 : Payroll run for 28 FEB 2018 : Employee is on Annual leave from 1st Feb to 28th FEB . System pays employee for 224 hours leave salary and pay 2 day(16 Hours) full salary, which is not correct
