Position doesn't show in Manager SS FT/PT/FTE change

We are looking into implementing Manager Self Service and are testing out the delivered transactions as best we can. We are on PUM Image 16, which means some items are not available (LOA) and also that some items are not yet fixed in this image (Standard Hours is Display Only.)

However, for the same FT/PT change that doesn't allow standard hours to be editable, I also can't get Position to show. Does that have to do with a similar bug, or is it because of security?
