Applying PRP (PeopleSoft Release Patchset) To Campus Solutions PUM Image 11

There is a known issue when applying any PRP to Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 11.

Patch 29043597 - CS9.2 PUM11 THE PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG IS EMPTY must be applied to Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 11 prior to applying any other PRP to the PUM Image.    Patch 29043597 - CS9.2 PUM11 THE PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG IS EMPTY needs to be applied once to PUM Image. 

If Patch 29043597 - CS9.2 PUM11 THE PS_MAINTENANCE_LOG IS EMPTY is not applied before any other PRP, a change package containing object cannot be created from the PUM Image.
